HOUSE IN DULEVO VILLAGE

“HILLSIDE HOUSES” is a project of two houses in an old traditional Bulgarian style nicely located in a picturesque well-developed village in close proximity to the second biggest coastal city in Bulgaria- Burgas and its modern international airport.Each of the houses will benefit from its own garden.

  A dining room with kitchen , living room, bathroom, entrance hall,three bedrooms one of which  with its own bathroom will be dispositioned on a living area of 102 sg.m. A well-sized verandah will lead to a nicely arranged garden.

  Only high quality materials will be used for the construction and the houses will be ready to be furnished  meeting all western standarts. All floors woll be laminated and only the floors in the kitchen and entrance hall will be tiled. Both bathrooms will be fully equipped. Window frames will be PVC dark wood coloured.
